How to Have a Routine When You’re Designed to be Inconsistent

My editor and person who helps me to blog consistently, is waiting at her computer for my next post. I’m late getting it to her … partly because I’m going through some major life changes… and partly because I’m not designed to be consistent.

When your life is undergoing change, it’s important to anchor in elements of stability where ever you can. One of the things I’ve found to be supportive is to have a routine.
